Lot Clearing

What is lot clearing?

Well, it's basically the process of clearing out a piece of land to make space for something new, like a construction project or a new development, hopefully a donut shop or an ice cream parlor. Here's how it usually goes:

Survey the area

First, the team will walk the lot and figure out what’s in the way—trees, shrubs, stumps, rocks, anything that needs to be cleared out.

Marking and Safety

We'll mark off areas where we'll we working, making sure everything is safe and that no unwanted trees or plants get accidentally removed. This also includes making sure there are no power lines or other hazards nearby.

Remove trees and stumps

We'll remove trees and grind up the stumps so they're level with the ground.

Clear brush

Any leftover branches, brush, or smaller plants are cleared away - far away from your lot.

Final cleanup

Once everything is cleared, we'll make sure the site is neat and ready for whatever comes next— like the donut shop (or is it doughnut shop?).
